Chavez called for urgent legislation to give tenants law

Caracas, 19 Mar. AVN .- The President, Hugo Chavez, called for urgent legislation to give tenants the law, so as to ensure ownership of all who inhabit for many years leased properties whose owners do not respond by conditions of the house or apartment.
